Pengalaman Melahirkan Fateen Zawana...

Saja je nak kongsi pengalaman semasa melahirkan fateen 2 tahun dulu...blum byk pengalaman pun kalau nak share,dan mungkin bukan org yang sesuai nak kongsi pengalaman but pengalaman masing2 mungkin berbeza...masa nak melahirkan fateen dulu admitted sehari sebelum tu sebab leaking liquor...so admitted for antibiotic cover...after 24 hour fateen masih lagi "syok kat dalam rahim" so decided by specialist for induction of labour by prostin(kind of medication used put vaginally)so soon after medication in..within 15 minutes i guess,contraction pun mula terasa...sbbkan ubat tadi my contraction jadi hyperstimulation(one of the complication),besa 3 contraction in 10 minutes but me...6 contraction in 10 minutes....(6:10)...so just imagine sakitnya masa tu...lagi sakit after my membrane ruptured..my friends yg dari Obs n Gynae(o&G) and anaest keep on askingwhether i want epidural or not or any kind of painkiller that time...but
since i was purposely wanted to feel the real feeling and pain during labour ,i refused all of them. So only one technique that i've remember and applied that time was "breathing technique"..it quite helpful...especially once contraction occurred,i will took as deep breath as i could inhaled..through nose..and exhaled it slowly through mouth....it really works...because as far as u n me understood the pain is because of hypoxic(low oxygen) states of uterine(rahim) during contraction...so if u can manage ur breathing properly...u can deliver a good oxygen supply to ur rahim...so pain will be lesser...try it..insyaAllah...
