satu langkah yang baik untuk diimplementasi...kalau kat UK ni..even car seat for child is compulsory...no child would be allowed to travel without their own safety car seat...so there will be a passenger limitation....no over-crowded...no ore child jumping here and there....or the worse case scenario...the child may accidentally open the rear door(those who forgot to set the child lock) while the car moving and the sequenced may be fatal...so after this...hope will be no more preventale event like this in the future...
